Law firm Kromann Reumert expands

As a consequence of the continued growth of Denmarks' biggest law firm, Kromann Reumert, the company has signed a lease for about 5,100 m2 of office and basement space at an ongoing project at Kalkbrænderihavnen just north of central Copenhagen.

 

<pstify></pstify>The project as a whole has been sold to PFA Ejendomme A/S for approximately DKK 350 million, with an expected takeover in December 2008. It consists of 10,000 sq.m. Sjælsø Gruppen, the Danish listed developer, is behind the project.

 

<pstify></pstify>The tenancy, which the company is expected to move into in the middle of 2009, is an extension of Kromann Reumert’s existing tenancy in the neighbouring building that is also owned by PFA Ejendomme A/S.

<pstify></pstify>A lease has been entered into with Devoteam Consulting A/S for about 20% of the area and, with the signing of the new lease, approximately 70% of the office space has been let and it is expected that the remaining approximately 2,900 m2 involved in the project will be let to one to three tenants during 2008.

 

<pstify></pstify>The project support Sjælsø’s formerly announced expectations of profit for 2008.
